Welcome!

thoughts from the author:

Numbers assault us every day, every hour, every minute, second, millisecond, and on and on and on. Unemployment rates, computer refresh rates, credit card interest rates, the prime rate, binary numbers, prime numbers, natural numbers, counting numbers, and integers.

numberSimplified alpha site is up:

As promised on Twitter (@123Simplified), our landing page has launched. The numbersSimplified.com alpha version 00.11282012 is up and available for your review.

At present we in the early stages of website development. We have a home page only partially built out with limited content and links leading nowhere. We know in some circles this is considered problematic, not the best way to begin a new venture. However, we believe exposing our few pages early gives us the ability to showcase our principal concept, numbers are important and meaningful, supported by our simple, clean, straight forward page layout.

Your opinions are vital to our success. And so, we invite you to tell us if we are accomplishing what we've set out to do. Return often, take a moment, look around during this early phase development, and tell us what you think. All comments, thoughts, criticisms, and suggestions are welcome.

In fact, we beg you to be hard on us. Give us the unvarnished truth. What are we doing well, where are we failing, and what are we missing altogether?

Too much pressure? Too much work? No problem. Simply take a moment to tell me you dropped by and I'll personally ensure you receive a heartfelt thank you from the Founders.

for your consideration:

The government are very keen on amassing statistics. They collect them, add them, raise them to the nth power, take the cube root and prepare wonderful diagrams. But you must never forget that every one of these figures comes in the first instance from the village watchman, who just puts down what he damn pleases.
